Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, brand-new condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
